A few minutes on foot from the Dotonbori canal. Look for the building in the photo — the entrance is easy to miss.

Reservation
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended and take priority. If seats are available, we also welcome same-day walk-in guests. To be sure of your spot, we recommend booking in advance.
Can I join on the same day?
Yes, if seats are available. Guests with reservations are served first.
Can I choose my time?
Yes. Choose your preferred start time when you book. We are open 15:00–22:30, with last reception at 21:00. After you send your request, the lounge will contact you at the details you entered to confirm your booking.

Age
Is there an age limit?
By Japanese law, we cannot serve alcohol to anyone under 20. We may ask to check your age, so please bring ID such as your passport.
Language
Is the experience available in English?
Yes. The experience is guided in English.
Payment
How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards and contactless (tap) payment: Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Diners Club / Discover / UnionPay. E-money and QR code payments are being prepared and will be listed here once available.
Cancellation
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 2 days before your booking are free. Cancellations the day before are charged 50% of the price; same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%. We will be as flexible as possible with changes to your date or time. In unavoidable cases such as major transport disruptions or natural disasters, we will handle each case individually.
The experience
Can I do both sake and whisky?
In the basic experience, each guest chooses either Japanese sake or Japanese whisky. Guests in the same group may choose different courses. Additional drinks can be ordered after the experience.
Can I decide later?
Yes. If you haven't decided when you book, you can choose sake or whisky after you arrive.
What if I'm not a strong drinker?
You are very welcome. Tastings are served in small portions, and there is no need to finish every glass. Enjoy the differences between sake and whisky at your own pace.
